How We Make ERTH Food

ERTH Products’ registered trademark product, ERTH Food, is manufactured in Plains, Georgia using the composting process pioneered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The aerated static pile composting process is used to mix Class-A biosolids with peanut hulls to produce a uniform, stable, premium-quality product.

ERTH Food is recognized by the EPA as an “Exceptional Quality Product (EQ)”. The EQ designation assures a level of safety and quality not found in many other soil amendments and fertilizers.

Engineered Soils

ERTH Food is blended with other materials to add an organic component to create Engineered Soil Blends with specific and effective applications including: CU-Structural Soil, Bio-Retention / RainGarden Engineered Soil, Hydrocks Lightweight Structural Soil, Hydrocks Intensive Lightweight Soil, and Hydrocks Extensive Lightweight Soil.
